Am I required to tip you after my tattoo?

Tips are never required, but are deeply appreciated! If you don’t have any cash to offer, I would also enjoy handmade goods, little trinkets, a copy of your favorite book, cat related items, or anything that speaks to you. 

What do I need to bring with me on the day of my appointment?

You will need a CURRENT state issued ID or government issued passport, and a method of payment (see accepted payment methods in FAQ). I suggest that you also bring some water and a snack if you would like. 

Can I get a tattoo if I’m under the age of 18 with my parents permission?

In the state of Oregon, no minor is allowed to get tattooed EVEN IF the parent/guardian has stated it’s okay. Come back when you’re 18! 

What kind of tattoos are you interested in doing?

I’m most interested in tattooing bold American Traditional designs.

Are you a licensed Tattoo Artist?

Yes, I hold a current tattooing license valid in the state of Oregon. 

Can I bring my child to my tattoo appointment?

No, you may not. A tattoo studio is no place for children. There are a lot of practices put in place to assure that the tattooing procedure is a sterile environment and is safe for the tattoo artist and clients. 

Can I bring a friend to my tattoo appointment?

Yes! However, because of space, I only allow 1 extra person to accompany you. 

Do you send your designs prior to the tattoo appointment?

No, I present the design when the client comes in for their appointment. If you’re worried about the design, we can find a time for you to come into the shop and see it in person. 

Can you draw me up something for free and if I like it I can then schedule an appointment?

I do not offer this service. If you’d like, we can have a conversation about what you’re looking for. Then if you're confident in my ability to create something fitting, you can place a deposit for an appointment. 

Do you require a deposit?

I require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon scheduling. This deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo. 

What are your hours?

My hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. If these don’t work for you feel free to reach out via email and I will try my best to work something out with you!

Do you charge by the hour or by the piece?

I charge $100+ an hour depending on the type of project we are working on.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept cash, credit, debit cards, and Venmo.

What is your favorite thing to tattoo?

I love tattooing flash designs, anything American Traditional style, and I like doing script tattoos, too!

If I’m getting a more private part of my body tattooed (hip, chest, butt, etc.) what should I wear? 

I would suggest wearing loose fitting clothes that can cover areas that are not being tattooed. For example if you’re getting your hip tattooed, I would wear a loose dress or something that can also cover up any areas that you don’t want to be seen. For chest tattoos I have nipple pasties available.
